Since 2006 I have been freelancing as an illustrator and visual artist , working with both private and official commissions while studying at the university. Apart from all the art courses I have attended at the university I also have a two year education in acting, a Bachelor´s degree in Culture Studies, a Master´s degree in Project Management and I am also certified with a vocational degree in Technical Illustration.
My art style is inspired by American and Canadian comic-culture (especially science-fiction, fantasy and horror), European folklore and fairy tales and old 19th century illustrations. I do mostly digital drawings these days but do have a background in traditional inking and watercolor. I love doing cover art, graphic design (for posters and clothes), illustrations for roleplaying-, board- and card games, novels and children's books.
My other talents include experience in filmmaking, editing, sound design, directing and FX-makeup. I'm also part of the crew at the Swedish podcast Superhjälteklubben, where I talk about comics, superheroes and all things geeky each Monday. In later years I've also become more and more interested in animation and game design. I grew up loving point'n'click and FMV games mixed with bizarre humour, horror and science fiction and do dream to work on a project like that myself someday.
I'm always on the lookout for new opportunities, illustration commissions and art projects and are also looking for an art agency or publisher to call home. I do appreciate all the help I can get.
